Carlton Downtown Hotel Dubai

we stayed at carlton downtown in a 2 bedroom suite. it was huge, clean, and comfortable with a fabulous view of the city. the staff, valet parking, and room service were polite and efficient. there was valet parking for our car. we would definitely recommend carlton downtown.

Loved the location, the staff was amazing, and my room had an incredible view of the Dubai mall - perfect for a chill evening 😊. The spa and pool were fab, a great way to unwind after a day out exploring. Only downside - staff seemed a bit stretched thin and took a tad longer for service, but nothing major to spoil the awesome vibe overall. Will definitely be back for another relaxing stay!

My stay at Warwick was truly brilliant! The rooms were amazing, and the staff, especially Estela, were warm and helpful. The sports bar was perfect for EPL fans, and the Burj View room was heavenly. The complimentary wifi was a bonus, and the pool location was fantastic. Although there were a few maintenance issues in the room, the overall experience was fantastic. The location was great, rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the gym and spa were relaxing. The concierge and porter were helpful, and waking up to a view of the Burj Khalifa made my trip unforgettable. The only downside was the uncomfortable extra bed provided. The hotel's proximity to landmarks like The Green Planet and Kidzania added to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay, making it a great choice for families looking to explore Dubai together.

The only downside was the noise from a nearby construction site that disturbed our sleep. Despite the manager's assurance that it would stop at night, it continued throughout.

The rooms are spacious and tidy, with all necessary amenities including kitchen and washing machine. The location is convenient, however, afternoon traffic should be taken into consideration. a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to many of the main attractions and right on the main avenue. The staff went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service, from the room service to the tours/ticket assistance. We were impressed by the in-room amenities, such as the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The dining options were great, with plenty of variety offered at the restaurant and poolside snack bar. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, as well as the rooftop pool and sun terrace. We highly recommend this place!

The cleanliness of the room was regularly checked by the staff supervisor, ensuring a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed my experience at the Grind Cafe, where the service was friendly and the espresso was delicious. Carlton Downtown provided a wonderful trip experience.

The room at Carlton Downtown Hotel was so spacious and had a separate queen bedroom with a lovely view of the city. The master bedroom with the big TV and en-suite bathroom felt super luxurious. As a budget traveler, I felt like I was getting a taste of luxury without breaking the bank.

The view from the room could have been better, in my opinion.

The pool on the rooftop was a bit small and windy, not ideal for a relaxing swim. the system for the lifts was a bit confusing and led to some waiting time.

I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase because it provides a world-class retreat for discerning business and holiday travelers. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The concierge, Adil, was especially helpful in planning sightseeing and day trips around Dubai.

The only service I missed for my work was a faster internet connection, which would have been beneficial for my business needs.

My stay at Carlton Downtown was absolutely awesome. The hotel has a great view of the city and a convenient location. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and even letting me check out late when my daughter was still sleeping. The breakfast buffet was very good, with excellent service from Kasun and Ishwor. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Maharood and Zainab, made my stay even more enjoyable. an awesome hotel experience.

Located in a prime spot close to the Financial Center metro station, this hotel offers easy access to Dubai Mall and a great nightlife scene. Plus, you can grab a coffee at Starbucks just around the corner. The room was spacious and well-decorated, with a separate bedroom and lounge area. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. One of the best perks was the stunning view of the Burj.

The carpet in the room was dirty with numerous stains.

I absolutely LOVED waking up to the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa from my room on the highest floor. Definitely coming back for that view! Better in person than in photos.
